Weather Satellites

Weather satellite images (NOAA 15 18 19), are recorded at Mezzolombardo, located in the nord of Italy using a QFH (Quadri Filiar Helix) home made antenna and a 137 Mhz pre-amplifier mounted on a 6 mt. pole in the backyard of our house. The exact location of the antenna is: N Latitude: 46.209, E Longitude: 11.097  shown in the images as a yellow cross. As receiver i have installed a R2FX, the software used to convert the APT into images is WxToImg PRO.

To view the anaglyph images, use a comon 3D pair of glasses with red (Left) and blue (Right) lenses. You can click on any image below for a full sized image. Times are shown in UTC. At the bottom of the page you will find a time table with all the next satellite passes over Mezzolombardo.
The satellite NOAA 17 has some problems with the APT equipment, therefore these images can't be used.
